SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY
 
1)    Our main shipping provider is NZ Couriers, but we use others from time to time.
2)    We deliver to anywhere in New Zealand, but we can also deliver abroad.  If delivering abroad, we use air freight and cargo ships.
3)    Standard prices are as follows:

a)    New Zealand wide by courier - From $10 (Free shipping for order over $200)
b)    Overseas by air freight - From $50
c)    For overweight product orders, our shipping charges are based on the physical weight of the package.  Therefore, we will contact you if your order exceeds the 10kg limit for a quote on the delivery cost.

4)    Shipping by courier usually takes between 1 to 5 working days, however, this can be longer at certain times of the year, eg, Christmas time, and other holiday times.
5)    Overseas shipping times can vary depending on availability and other factors, but we do our best to get the product(s) to you in the fastest possible time.
6)    If your product does not arrive in the time given, please contact us so we can find out where it is and give you an arrival time

a)    it is in the original packaging
b)    it has not been opened
c)    it has not been used
d)    it is still in the original condition
e)    you pay the return shipping cost

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

1)    We are bound by the rules and regulations under The Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act.
2)    Products will be replaced if damaged in transit. The cost of returning those products to us is your responsibility.
3)    If you have changed your mind about the product you have purchased, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange provided:

 

4)    If your product arrives later than the expected time, please let us know and we will try our best to find out where the product is and do our best to give you an expected arrival time.
5)    We cannot refund or exchange any product that has been:

a)    damaged by you intentionally, or by accident
b)    damaged because you have not followed the instructions or recommendations

 

6)    All damaged products must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt) within 30 days of purchase

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT

1.    Send us an email letting us know which product(s) you are returning.
2.    Send the product(s) back to us to the address given.
